Refund Policy

The Options Analysis Suite Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which subscription charges may be refunded. Covers the 14-day web-app trial as the risk-free evaluation period, cancellation mechanics, billing-error exceptions, and separate API Tier no-refund terms that apply once the API subscription starts, whether or not an API key is issued or used.

Subscription fees are generally non-refundable after the trial period, and subscription cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. Refunds may be issued in documented circumstances such as duplicate charges, extended web-app service outages, or where required by law.
