Contact Options Analysis Suite

Options Analysis Suite is a working options analytics platform built and maintained by a single developer based in the United States. The fastest way to reach us is by email at support@optionsanalysissuite.com. We typically respond within one business day on weekdays during US market hours, and within two business days on weekends or US market holidays.

How to Reach Us by Topic

Technical support: if you are seeing an unexpected number on a chart, a missing ticker, a stale snapshot, or a broker integration that will not connect, send the ticker symbol, the URL of the page you were on, and a one-line description of what you expected versus what you saw. The Troubleshooting Guide covers the most common cases (data refresh windows, BYOK key permissions, why a metric reads "no recent activity") and resolves most reports without further escalation.

Billing and account: for plan changes, refunds, invoices, or trial extensions, include the email tied to your account. Stripe handles all payment processing on our behalf, so we cannot see card numbers, but we can issue refunds and downgrade or upgrade plans from our admin console. See the Pricing page for current plan details.

Feature requests: we read every request. The platform's roadmap is shaped largely by what subscribers ask for, especially when multiple people ask for the same thing. Be specific about the analytics question you are trying to answer, not just the UI you imagine, since we can usually meet the underlying need with an existing surface or a smaller change than the requester expected.

Partnerships, press, and educational use: if you want to integrate Options Analysis Suite data into a tool, license screenshots for a publication, cite our content in research, or use the platform in a classroom, reach out and describe the use case. Educational and research access is generally available at no cost.

Security disclosures: if you have found a vulnerability, please use the disclosure path on the Security page and follow the contact and scope guidance in /.well-known/security.txt. Do not file vulnerabilities through general support email.

Many questions are answered faster by self-service. Skim the Documentation hub for model methodology and metric definitions, the Glossary for terminology, the AI Assistant for guided exploration, and the Volatility Tutor GPT for educational walkthroughs. If a metric appears wrong, the Known Limitations page documents data-source caveats that explain most apparent discrepancies.
