The Invesco S&P Emerging Markets Momentum ETF (Fund) is based on the S&P Momentum Emerging Plus LargeMidCap Index (Index). The Fund generally will invest at least 90% of its total assets in the securities of companies that comprise the Index, as well as American depositary receipts ("ADRs") and global depositary receipts ("GDRs") that represent securities in the Index. The Fund anticipates that at times it may invest a significant portion of its investments in ADRs and GDRs that are based on the securities included in the Index.
