It is a passively managed portfolio of companies that, via the internet and internet-connected devices, facilitates travel bookings and reservations, ride sharing and hailing, travel price comparison, and travel advice. To be eligible for inclusion, descriptions of a companys primary business activities in its regulatory filings must be related to travel tech, and the majority of its revenue, according to its financial reports and other filings, must be derived from travel technology business activities.
